My best bird is my 07 breed Black WEFT Cock. Lovely powerful body and head and has beaten both young and old birds its faced this seasen. Below is a picture just after I paired him up. Equally as good a pigeon is his 07 dun ch WEFT sister. Best Irish young pigeon at the Irish young bird show.

Hi all, Saw there is currently being an online show run for racers. Would anyone be interested in doing a fancy one?

So if an untreated bird has canker at a show, the treatment you gave before wont stop it being passed on because its a treatment and not a prevention? So still whats the point if this can happen. Is it not better to help build up their immune system with yogurt etc and hope its strong enough to fight away infections? And if the bird does get sick then treat it?

On an eqvalan wormer I have the instruction booklet reads "an antibiotic and ivermecton based paste" Do you treat after every show chrissy. If so how many shows do you attend?

I agree I think a course of vitamins would be better than treatments and antibiotics before the breeding
