I have a young bird that seems to have a very bad head cold and catarrh. It first came to my notice when it did not exercise for long and it was loosing weight by not eating much plus it was wheezing terrible. I put it in a empty loft that I have and treated it with Rhonfield Gambazine, Ornithose and Nasaline, it did improve and started to eat again but it is a long way from being right as it is panting all the time just like someone with very bad asthma. I have raced birds since the early nineteen fifty's and have never had a bird like this. Does anybody know how I might sort this bird out, it has never raced and I never wanted it to.
My loft a 45ft consrtuction was built with ventilation in mind.
