WHATS ALL THE FUSS ABOUT , IVE HAD ALL MINE! 2 FROM 2 LOL. SOME BIG NAMES NOT CLOCKING TIL AFTER 4PM. AND SOME MASSIVE LOSSES REPORTED. NOT MENTIONING ANY NAMES BUT I KNOW OF LOADS WHO ARE 3/4 OF THE BIRDS MISSING AND THESE ARE FLYERS WHO BEEN HAVING FULL RETURNS AND WINNING IN RECENT WEEKS? SHOCKING RACE, HOWEVER THIS IS NO BLAME OF THE RACE ORGANIZERS. WE ALL KNEW IT WOULD BE A DIFFICULT RACE WITH THE WIND BUT NOBODY COULD HAVE PREDICTED ALL THE BIRDS WOULD GO UP NORTH IN DROVES!

Raining in North Wales this afternoon. Maybe this will even it up and it could be anyones race instead of the predicted easy win for the North?

The guy that won last year did not win it this year. Easy mistake to make though as when you log onto the Europa site you see the list of applicants in alphabetical order. The actual race result is under TRAINING . The winner is Mike Cooney who no longer races pigeons but purchases a dozen pigeons from Edd Zitner each year. The winner is a Kees Bosua pigeon and is a full nest mate to 8th SOUTH WEST ONE LOFT on friday!!! There WAS OVER 300 BIRDS home on the day and many have already started turning up this morning!

Hi Rich! here I am . will pop down and see you in the morning. tough race today on the south. I should be 5th or 6th and got 9 from 11 home. returns in our area really bad some less than half home today but mine are mostly home and dad had 4 from 4 so hes happy too!

I HAD SECTION WITH 8 PAIRS, ALL BLUES AND CHEQUERS EXCEPT FOR A REDCOCK AND A GRIZZLE HEN. THEY SAT 3 EGGS ALL TURNED OUT TO BE GRIZZLES. WEIRD THING IS THE GRIZZLE HENS BROTHER WAS IN MY MATES STOCK LOFT AND HIS HEN LAID AND RAIRED 3 YOUNG ALSO?
