He was uploading photos form the night out to photobucket and all of a sudden it just cut out completely, he tried to power it back up but there is no power,he has tested everything so far with his multimeter and everything seems to be fine but still not getting any power, no signs of any burning or damage. (so I guess computer said no). ;D

I asked Dovescot and he said as soon as he gets his computer sorted he will be on the case and get you one as soon as he can, that is what I love about him. By the way he suggested try removing the plastic wrapping from yours as this is common with people that have never used them before :)
