hi team.iv got 18 pair all apart from 2 pair are sittin or on chicks iv lost 2 chick so far and i had 2 cock smashin eggs. but as u all said the weather is still no good. barry.

no mate the birds were sitting for about 2weeks then they burst there eggs leaving them dry.

Cheers Guys, think you's may be right. The birds that are eating the eggs are still penned-off, and although they are getting grit and minerals they aren't gettin free access like the others to the grit etc. Was told by a mate that it could poss be mice but I thought that a bit weird as all the other eggs in other pens are fine!!!!!! Just the birds that are penned seem to be doing this. Will give them more grit etc and see how it goes Cheers Barry
