Apenas participarão neste concurso, borrachos com anilha 2007, onde cada concorrente só poderá participar com o máximo de 10 borrachos, sendo a inscrição de 50 euros por cada borracho. A recepção dos borrachos efectua-se desde 1 de Março até 15 de Abril de 2007, devendo ser acompanhados do respectivo título de propriedade, morada e contacto telefónico do columbófilo. Em caso de morte, invalidez ou acidente, o borracho poderá ser substituído até ao fim do mês de Abril.
