East coast and lincs feds libed at 7.30 in a strong westerly wind

Approx 250 birds were libbed at Maidstone at 05.15,high cloud with a touch of blue very mild with a light sw wind which is with them all the way getting stronger the further they go, a lot of rain over in the west but forecast has it staying there most of the day only crossing over at around 3pm in north of England.atb to all competing

South west of England Lerwick club Ashbourne race Friday 4/7 the birds were liberated @7AM INTO A LIGHT SOUTH WEST WIND BEST OF LUCK ALL.

St Helens 3 Bird Purbeck. Up 09:15 light west turning S.West. Clocks 1600 hrs.

N.West Grand National up at Purbeck 08:45 in a light west. Turning SW enroute.

We clocked a three year old inbred grandson of Farmer George called Farm Grafter to win 2nd CSCFC and 3rd BBC National from Elgin 440 miles. He also has the bloodlines of Wollongong, New Laureaat, Special One and Kliene Jade. He is called Farm Grafter as he is the type of pigeon that will keep working no matter how hard the conditions are. His last race was two weeks ago from the hard Berwick race with the BICC where he was 2nd section. We were confident of clocking him from Elgin, although the race was much harder than we anticipated. He looked very well when he landed, keen to get into his box with his hen. He has previously scored in the section and open from Pau in the International race, a very dependable pigeon.
