All Almond Valley members. Almond Valley AGM will be held in East Calder social club on Sunday 2nd December at 11am. If you have any proposals or race route proposals they need to be in by 14th November. Agenda and balance sheet will be e-mailed to your club secretaries on the 18th November please contact myself if you don't get one.

I would like to a big thank you to everybody for all the donations we got given and all the kind words of support and encouragement we received. Amazingly we all finished in under 3hrs (with a few sore muscles and blisters I might add). We raised a fantastic £1,019 for the British heart foundations. Thanks again form myself and my boys for all your kindness.

Hi I’m Almond Valley secretary Lynne Stewart and as my husband and my Dad both died a few years back through heart disease both myself and my two boys decided to do the Great North run half marathon in Newcastle.
