YOUD BE BETTER KEEPING THE BIRDS IN UNTIL YOUR THERE, THEN THEY CAN SEE YOU, JUST HOLD A CAMERA IN YOUR HAND AND SAY NOTHING, THEYLL MAYBE GET THE MESSAGE THEN, HOPE SO ANYWAY

take a photo of them doing these things, then show the photos to the rspca,,,,and maybe change your dog to a rotweiler

maybe a case for the rspca again, as throwing water over the babies would be termed cruelty
