Guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Are they the Van Beek Klaks Andrew, or your Lady Helen gear? Well done on the reported performances as well! All the best, Dave
Guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 The birds are the Arie Van Beeks, Will & Falco Ebben and the birds i bred from the Direct Jos Van Limpt De Klaks before they went to china. We still have 1 or two from lady back lady helen however they are de klak cross.
Guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Good birds! Have you tried them, (the Van Beeks blood) in with your Lady Helen lines yet? Just interested as i've tried this cross pairing this year, will keep you informed of how they do at the channel races! Did you have anything through the Kras 621 Andrew, have used this with yours aswell! Youngsters really looked the part I must say!

Guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 i did tell you ,it was a mistake to sell them kiddo nice too see you got them back... Yes you did Mick, i was not pleased about selling them myself but at the time it had to be done, however i am glad there back at my lofts.
Guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 pmsl, aye, he was one of my favourites too Andrew! He's a belter isn't he! I still have a daughter of him, had a brother to him too, but he went along with your pair in the fire. Have Red Cock left, off your son of Lady Helen that I will not part with Andrew, he oozes absolute class! Slightly smaller than his dad was, if you can remember him, but of equal quality. He has bred minor prize winners as youngsters, but i cannot wait to get them to the channel! I will keep you informed!
Guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Andrew, have tried to send an e-mail but it seems my system is playing up! Will send later when its back up! Dave
The Navigator Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Andrew, I have bred from them and as you mention they have won and also gained positions in their first year. You are aware I do not want stock birds and the best place for them was to return them home rather then sell them to Tom, Dick and Harry. The other two De Klaks that I have loaned you will no doubt continue to do the buisness and considering we have had quite a few conversations on the De Klaks I thought it would better for you to use their abilities. I hope they will let other fanciers achieve good things. Thanks for the comments.
Guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Thanks Steve, and again well done and hopefully lots more results to come. Andrew
superstar Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Welldone To you Navigator and good for you Andrew, its nice to see you get one back on the knockers!
