Hi,can anyone help,ive reported cheq hen GB 14 A 41595 to the RPRA and has came back owner deceased.it was a Mr K Moore,Wigton,Cumbria.Has someone maybe bought/gifted it and not transferred?Any help appreciated.

If you contact the RPRA again they should be able to give you a contact number of the secretary of the club that the late Mr. Moore was a member. Hopefully he may be able to help you out.
