Guest beautyhomer Posted November 22, 2007 Report Posted November 22, 2007 How can anyone say for certain that they are fake rings.Just because the two GB rings are the wrong colour to the usual in the UK they do not have a letter before the number and they are being sold in the USA.They could just as easily be some ones initials on a private ring.Jan Lombard's collection list has an unknown GB ring from 1980 and an unknown NL 1980 ring so these are nothing new.Fail to see what the RPRA can do about rings made in another country that are obviously not a direct copy of theirs.

True. if Nike, Addidas or Kappa can't stop the fakes then what chance has the RPRA Back to buyer beware, and if anyone is found out conning members it should be highlighted so we could be more aware :-/

Guest beautyhomer Posted January 5, 2008 Report Posted January 5, 2008 I have no reason to suspect this seller,he has sold quite a few rings on ebay to collectors known to me without any negative feedback.
