retired Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 can anyone tell me to where and who this ring was issued to?...Thanks . Hi Jordi I think with the age of the ring the chances of finding the owner are very slim as i know with racing the ring is deregistered after a period of 10 years. Shame though as know it could be interesting to know such things.
Guest Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 I seem to recall this being up for auction on ebay not so long back, not sure if it was sold, but do recall it being found at a railway station, NOT IN AN ALLOTMENT. I do have a fairly good memory for an old man ;)
Guest Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 I also notice that "white Logans" post has been removed, Why, maybe there is some truth in what he said

retired Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 It was removed as again it is holding a kangaroo court and judging someone without knowing the facts or having any proof that they are on the site for anything other than genuine means. You are correct Bob there has been things like this on ebay but certainly not a one off there has been several instances on ebay over the last 12 months.
Guest Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 Well all I can say is that these 'finds' are far from the norm Chris. Rarities like this are becoming to common lately to be a coincidence JMO

jordi Posted July 12, 2009 Author Report Posted July 12, 2009 i am the most genuine man you will find. What i have told you is the gospel truth.Ihave just tried to take a digital pic.but the clarity was not to good. but here it is......please PM me
white logan Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 so it is a bone with a ring on it, not a leg ! , and it is an NTU ring and the anodising seems to be in remarkable condition for a 73 ring , i wonder if decomposition happend in a cupboard and not in the ground ?
jordi Posted July 12, 2009 Author Report Posted July 12, 2009 Do you think i am a fake or what? Please don't disrespect me. As for the bit about it been on ebay there is not a chance in a million.

I think there are a few on here way to quick to judge others Ignore them and I hope you find out what you are looking for
white logan Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 this all seems rather macabre , i can understand collecting the rings , but why the old bones ??????????? of what interest can the bones be ? or is it to try and say that this ring was once worn by a living being who's end is shrouded in mystry
Guest Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 you have just been shown another picture of a ring that was on ebay so that is two chances in a million. If you have this ring in your possession show me another picture of the year and other numbers
