Used to buy Costco spit roasted chicken but last one was poor quality and we think smaller

 

Having bought a new Barbecue we decided to get a spit fitting for it and today had my first go at it chicken from Aldi £3 49 1.8 kilo

 

2 & half hours later looked very good left to rest and just carved it sorry Costco you just lost a customer

 

I never knew it was so easy just said to her indoors get 2 the next time looking forward to it
