had word last night of the funeral ,that  attended at 11.30 this morning , of my great freind [lifetime pigeon fancier]  william walker  [auld wullie ] of tayport .  " auld wullie" was a true freind and a great character , allthough disabled for many years continued to race his pigeons ,untill he  unable do do so, , a lot of thanks go to the members of tayside pigeon club , who , so kindly, did their best for him,, wullie was one of the true characters of the sport and a great personal freind of mine, and will be sorely missed by all , may i personally thank john porter and his wife ,for informing me, through the years mr,mrs porter were a great help and support to him

R.I.P auld wullie , youll be sadly  missed old buddy.

Sorry to hear that jimmy, I heard from Davie Baldie of St. Andrews, who has visited wullie every Saturday for the past, god knows how long. He like yourself was devasted at the news. May he rest in peace, alex.
