How do I motivate my hens? All the racers I have left are hens, how do I motivate them?

 

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Keep a couple of ramp cocks (even stock) and let them in with the

Hens on basketing day for a couple of minutes ,then basket the

Hens for the race.
