There's a racing pigeon that is hanging around here - I fed it, as per the RPRA website, but it hasn't flown off after 4 days. It won't let me handle it, but I can see one green ring with GB13 D 01072 on it. It also has a yellow ring - but this has been half-pecked away, so no numbers discernible. Any advice for me? Ta
