Vaccination Question

I have 50 young birds that need vaccinating, the old birds were done last year two weeks before young bird racing.

A mate has says that I should do all the birds young and old together and there performance will not be affected by the jab.

Is that right?

altogether then after they cant be put by other birds for 14 days raced or shown takes about a month for them to get protection

I think I'll leave it till before the last two o/b races ( I miss those anyway) and do them the same as last year.
