Elderberry Extracts

Does anyone know how many times a week you should add elderberry extracts to the drinking water and is it safe to give

when birds are feeding young.

our,s get it 3 times a week.birds no problem, just purple sh**,better of picking your own berries, that,s what we do.last November we had 20-litres in the freezer,in milk cartons,took one out when required,

mines had it every other day all through winter, 2 ml to a gallon.
