pjc Posted December 27, 2014 Report Share Posted December 27, 2014 Sunday would be your best day to go.Jill Fisher & Mervin Platt will be sure to have something reasonable on there stand and it may be worth contacting them before hand to keep something for you. The reason I say Sunday is that often fanciers will have spare birds in the show they are willing to sell but they can't be taken until unpenning on Sunday.You may also look at a Blue cock that is silver bred as that will carry the dilute gene.
