a reply for wings a dumbarton member asked the same question after we left glw fed the shu dont have the power to force feds /clubs to take anyone or change boundrys hence the wos fed thanks

THIS IS THE REASON WE NEED SOME COMMON SENSE HERE WE SHOULD ADOPT THE SAME RULES USED  IN EUROPE WERE BY IF THERE IS NO VIABLE REASON YOU CANNOT BE REFUSED AND ALL THESE  NEW CLUBS REFUSED TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED IF THEY INFRINGED ON OTHER CLUBS............

this is what should be done its upto the members to push the delegates to propose and move it through at shu agm....leys not forget the members are the back  bone of the sport and they must make there voices heard through there deligates because they are there to represent you and if you all sit back and do nothing you are to blame for your own demise.....

well said gangster been trying to get this through to scottish fanciers for a long time, delegates are messengers.

Agree. There's nothing stopping these situations because we the members haven't voted to put anything in place which ensures they don't happen.
