: The pigeon is dead

Comments

: Found a cluster of feathers, the feet and the wings

and noticed the ring. The remains were found on open heathland near the

village of Burley in the New Forest on the 13th Oct around 3.30pm.

I hope this gets to the owner so they know what happened to their bird.
