Guest bigda Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 why dose the the Lanarshire feds and around, not vote to race from the west of Ireland as its a known fact the winds are predominately west winds and no one will have advantage as the tail wind will not determine where the birds break from the coast then if the want further have two races from France i think Percy dos en"t like the water to much the distances you can get out of Ireland is 60 miles to 280 possible 310 at least no one fancier has the edge and to cut cost transfer trailers for irish birds over here or is that to simple
Guest bigda Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 maybe prefer the easier route then the east as allot of fanciers :'(greeting about the west , and losses but i though they where racing from the east all along as the wind will bring them up the east coast most of the time after 120 miles
