• Message = I have noticed a racing or fancy pigeon for past two/three weeks and am feeding it. After many attempts at trying to read the tag, it is GB14 CZ7823. Do not know if this is correct order of if anything else is missing. Can anyone help with this bird as I understand it will die when cold weather comes. This is the RPRA response to this non-fanciers attempts to get birds owner or someone close for help, I gave her the Ring Secs details he said not his bird but someones in club no interest at all, I said to contact the RPRA and below is the response

 

Hello, contacted the RPRA who were not helpful and would not give me details of local fanciers. The woman I spoke to said not to feed it and it will go home. So guess I will have to try that option. Got owners mobile number but no luck at present. Anyway you have done all you can to help me and many thanks. If there is a happy ending I will let you know..
