All that would happen is they will no  longer provide grants to pigeon clubs!

damn!!...seen through my cunning plan(dizzy)....personally i don't think they would want money back because clubs were ineligible as there must be some onus on them to check. once,however, they were made aware of the rule they would stop further grants...that is if they have stopped. of course if money was not spent in the way it was intended or there was intent to mislead..that might be a different matter. i can understand people not wanting to post that they've got a grant. i just wanted to know 'cos i'd might have had a go for mine. once again JMO

just read it jimmy i see no reason for youer comment peaple making stupid comments its  scotland  not england and if you read it there is a lot more that is not there if thats all you have to prove we can all have one and tell a pack of lies to get it
