one national , two nationals , one organisation , two organisation , it doesnt make any sense to have two of anything as having two nationals undervalues peformances but if thats what it takes for a few members to win against half ( i use half as figure of speach ) of the nation then i cant see it becoming one united you stand divided you fall , the R.P.R.A is a headless chicken its running at the moment but some of the nerves that send the messages will lose there signals then alas the chicken will be no more  ;)

they need to be 2 nationals as it works out better for race

ie from the coast portsmouth we fly nearly 200 miles what about those in scotland they can can upto and probably over 500 miles in land..

we send out sprinters they would have to send their distance birds.

we have the same problem now with the nfc race's we cannot win up here often from the 400 mile races & above because of the competition flying 150 & more less than us.

and is more of a sprint race to them.

i think the nfc are trying to even out the odds and get better results for section M  as they are putting it on the agenda to adjust the section into england.

i know this will create problems with fanciers not sending if it gets in.

Again not being Scotish,my own iterpataion would be one National Flying Club in any Country, with more than one they obviously  detract from each other, not to even mention finances,to offset the valid points made by jonj 1978,I would pay particular attention to each Section winner with plaudits and financial rewards, especially in those shorter races,ie First three in Each Section receiving the prizes

better to divide one nation into 4 section north and south west section and north and south east section then you would have 4 secton winners and obviously the national winner then theres at least the chance of topping your section if the winds not favourable  ;)
