Beanz Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 Asha once again you give negative comments These birds were bred of all my best birds to make sure I had something top help break the yearling cocks when I moved up to the allotments and with havin g too many birds with stopping all my fed winners I now have too many birds, Yes I could have bninned themm but if they help this man out who are you to condemn themwith ass holes like you is it any wonder why fanciers wont help people, I notice all the negative comments but I don't see you offering any help to these people in my opinion put up or shut up you ass hole. Guest Owen Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 I think it is pretty rare for people to give you good birds if they are in the same area. I had a lot of rubbish worked on to me when I first started ten years ago. Although I was lucky with a couple of them and won an open race out of a gift bird. I will rear you something tidy a bit later on if you want. You will have to pay for the carriage or collect them. I use a bull system which means that all my YBs will have a winner as at least one parent. The later ones will have both parents as winners. The birds are mainly blues and are bred from Jannsen/van Rijn blood. There is a bit of Soonjens and Brasspenning blood in some of them. I tend to ignore breed names and pair winner to winner. They are good middle distance/sprinters. Let me know

Beanz Posted January 18, 2009 Report Posted January 18, 2009 Just hope they do you some good Pete, but if you don't work them they won't win, as regards my comments on Asha I do not like to knock other fanciers but there are a couple of point s I wish to raise 1. how can he comment on birds he does not know and 2. don't knock people who are trying to help- new starters again when you don't know whats on offer, as Pete will has commented on these are not rubbish but bred out of fed toppers and breeders of fed toppers not rubbish as I stated they were bred off the best to enable me to break birds in to my new location, they would have been future stock birds for myself but due to being overstocked due to stopping racing at my old location due to neighbour problems and so stopping all my race team I have too many birds and if they can help a new fancier so be it, in responce to Asha if they were not good enough they woulkd have been in the bin believe me I have killed £1000's of pounds worth of birds, I don't mind critiscm btu if you are not willing to help then keep your mouth shut as if we all condemned people then there would be no new fanciers coming into the sport. Best wishes to all for 2009. Paul
