Not sure if you. An help me, nut there is an injured pigeon where I work and has been there for nearly a week. It looks really sad and miserable and can't seem to get the RSPCA to come and see to it.

 

It does have a ring on its leg the number is A1987 if that helps

I'm just trying to get the poor thing home
