I just got cydectin oral warmer of the vet.he said to put 1 ml into water.Would this be right anyone?

cydectin 1% Moxidectin. 10 mil per litre of drinking water 24 hours or 5 mil per litre 48 hours.

Is it like a syrup if not it's watered down and that would affect the dose but 10ml is what I give for 48hrs as they don't drink right away so lock them up no other water
