Pigeon Found In Garden By Non Fancier

For the last two weeks we have been feeding a lost Pigeon who has been in our garden.

 

He seems very tame, but we aren't experienced enough to catch him and get his tag number, which definitely starts with NPA!

 

We are located just south of Leicester. So,if you've lost one like it in that timescale, please get in touch with me to take the matter further.
