we dont get load i think we have only done 10 in the one season we did it , erm not sure exactly but it wasnt amazing money, what happens is you land it on the market in the port / habour and it gets sold normaly to the highest bidder or a market, so its up to who ever buys it it sometimes gose to restarunts for shark stakes,

 

And do you think when you have sold it Ben that the restaurants that buys them are going to throw the fins away and just take the meat ?

its not the piont tammy they can use the fins but its not wasting the whole shark and its nasty coz the shark is killed humainly
