very expensive , be better off adding some plastic :)

 

I agree about the cost but i don't think it will look as good, i was looking at 4 in each section, and if they do what i'm hoping! Would be money well spent:: :emoticon-0123-party: :emoticon-0123-party:

I've lights on at side of my loft from flats , lighting whole garden up birds still rest no bother at all , guess how many you need will depend on size of each section and where your getting the most sun from a Sheet of plastic towards bottom of roof will cost less to do a large square leaving first row or two at top of roof depending on height , you can always add a sliding false roof , so can slide so can block street light out and reduce sun in to loft as well , have seen a few lofts with this , I think one of Chris Vasey's lofts is like this .

which way does your loft face bern north south east ect ? if it was me I would have perspec sheet on the front 2feet from the front of the roof going to the top and then over lap the tyles on to it going to the remaining of the roof

I found the street light trigger the moult, do you not find this with the lights from the flats?

Yup however i'd keep a couple of rows in between each sheet if was me ;)

Not a problem at all

We are the same the council put a street light right at back off my loft people said birds wont rest proper never had a problem or with the moult i do have 1 unmoulted bird this year but thats not the lights i dont think

be much cheaper than the plastic tile option and a better effect imo

site foreman only comes with a newspaper and a flask to supervise lol at a push could lean against a spade fer a while ;)
