i think you should forget about minimum and go with maximum quality is better than quantity

I just starting to build new boxes for next years old bird season. I will be building them 20 inch wide, 16 inch high and 16 inch deep. I will be making up and over fronts. They will also have plastic grills with pull out trays for easy cleaning. I am using 12mm ply making them in sets of 4. will have 3 sets of 4 in a 5ft wide x 6 ft high x 5.6 ft deep section.
