Hello, I have been geting over a stroke, and have been told to cut things down. Which system would you suggest would be best to race on as I have limited movement in my left side, I was thinking towards widowhood as I have been on roundabout but it does keep me busy and I struggle with it any ideas? Thanks

not sure if widowhood is any easier possibly, but i would think it better if you could get a weighted anti cat flap trap set up, that way your doos will get out and about, all day and race to nest condition. or such as you pleased with out having to commit your self to times as you would on a system OMO.

Widowhood is the simplest form of flying period. You can also keep your numbers small. And require very little scraping as all droppings are in the box, little to no mess on the floors. If I was in your situation I would have two cocks paired to the one hen to reduce the numbers even further. If your shed is set up for roundabout a slight adjustment can be made which would if you have the right pigeons help you to be successful in sprints.
