I dropped one in the first race on 21st April at Coldstream, 63 miles. He is a 2010 late bred and had been given 3 races to 120 miles (Witton Castle) as a yearling & stopped. He'd been a steady bird. During winter my birds get out weekends only, weather permitting. This year he had been given 3 trainers prior to that race, and went down.

I'm one missing from yesterday's race (28th April) from Coldstream. He is a yearling that flew the Fed YB programme last year (6 races to Ripon, 157 miles). This year he was given one trainer in the week prior to that race, his first, and still no sign of him.

lanarkshire have lost, 20% this week, and 35% last week, and 40% at the open all from the same race point called lost, town. sorry Longtown. i think apleby will be a better race point for returns and if there is east in the wind, it will help, here is hoping Coatbridge get up to there rightful, place in the fed.
