Tylan = Vet as a POM , but the problem lies in either poor ventilation or over crowding you need to adjust the birds environment so doesn't reoccur , otherwise treatment wont cure the problem that still exists .

Agree 100% with your post,Prefer Baytril 2ml to 1,Ltr water for 3 days ,have had Yb's ill on the Sunday then after treated winning on the Saturday wonderful product if used sensibly

i can answer without a doubt the best product on the market is doxycycline...proven to be more active against resp problems as bad as ornithosis...lab tested.

there is a product on the market called doxy t...which is doxy and tylan mixed...hence the name.

it is Very effective against chlamydia in pigeons also

.
