Automatic Blinds For Darkness

hi all i just wanted to no if anybody has seen them about or could advise me on making some automatic blinds or shutter that open and shut on a timer as i will be woking long hours and wont be able to shut the birds down and some day open up my girlfriend said she will feed them and have them out should be fun any ideas would e very greatful cheers Richard

why the need if your girl is going to help all you have to do is at night say 10pm open loft blinds then get your lass to close them at say 4pm then you open at 10 pm when you get home that way you are not asking alot from your girl

thats sounds a good idea and save me a few quid and time what do other darkness men or women think of this system your feedback would kindly help cheers bomber ;)
