let me apologise for the double post, i got the number wrong in the first post

there is a pigeon that has been around our house for a couple of days now, obviously lost, i haven't caught it yet, but have been near enough to get the ring number, it's NEHU 11 TV3115

if possible could anyone give me the details of the owner so that i can contact them to let them know it's still alive and well, it's drinking and eating plenty of wild bird food from our feeder
