Found A Weak Looking Pigeon, Manchester Uk Area

Hi, For the past week my garden has been visited by a weak looking pigeon. I have been told by a neighbour that it might be a 'tumbler'. I have just managed to get it's ring number but am having trouble tracing an owner. I hope someone can help. The ring number is 3M-CH.FLYER 10

looks like a private ring so little chance of finding owner , however phone phone Graham Giddings 01458 851617 Between 8.00am and 7.00pm only and ask for fancy clubs in your area then can hand it to someone who may know the owner , thanks for trying to help this bird
