Guest R Moran Posted July 21, 2011 Report Posted July 21, 2011 Hi Everybody Found a bird in my garden this morning, white in colour with redish markings. Has a ring number 019336EE UK. Have fed and left water for it. Ca'nt catch it, seems quite lively now, hope my cat won't find it. In Westmeath. Any advice
Guest IB Posted July 21, 2011 Report Posted July 21, 2011 Thanks for taking the time & bother to report this bird. Sorry, I don't recognise that type of registration number, but I hope someone else on the forum will, and can help.
The jannie Posted July 21, 2011 Report Posted July 21, 2011 Does the ring also have the letters NPA on if so there should be another letter before the numbers.

"Birdie" is still staying around my house, smart enough not to get himself caught!, I managed to get a look at his ring, the numbers are: NPA 08 D 1936 EE UK. I am feeding him on bread soaked in water and porridge oats, if the back door is left open he comes into the kitchen, very cheeky!, any ideas of where he might be from?
THE FIFER Posted July 22, 2011 Report Posted July 22, 2011 For NPA only phone Graham Giddings 0208 300 6782
