Guest Paul H Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Hello, A lady in Connahs Quay (near Chester) brought round a pigeon with a wound on it's left forearm, maybe a cat bite. It's sprightly apart from that but it needs something doing now. Neither of us can afford to pay for any treatment, and we are going away so can't nurse it until Monday. We really need to find a ring list so I can identify it's owner and phone them up. I called a local fancier who said it was a South Wales number. I tried the contact he gave me, which was disconnected, and the WHU office which is closed. Can anyone help identify this little fella? Thanks!
Guest Paul H Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Sorry, the number is WHU 2011 D06688 Thanks
Guest Joe Headley Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 The ring is registered to Prestatyn HS, Secretary J Morris tel: 01745856139. Hope this helps

We still couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone but we found a wildlife hospital who took it in, the bird has done great over the weekend and the hospital is trying to contact Mr Morris.
