Found Dw 2386 Npa 10 10

Found a Brown pigeon with feathered legs on saterday, am trying to track down the owner but there seems to be some confusion with the ring.

 

DW 2386 NPA 10 10 - the npa is stamped vertically on the ring and so is one of the "10's"

 

Can anyone offer advice.

I have just had this reply from NPA

 

"That's what it looks like to me, but that ring is not British so I cannot trace it."

 

Can anyone tell me what do now, or anyone else to try??

I think if you get in touch with the NPA and ask if any clubs in your area ( give your address ) you might be able to hand it over to a local fancier who might actualy know who owns it
