here are a few complaints to Edinburgh council.

 

my toilet has broken clean in half, can someone come and fix it? its lying on the floor in three bits!

 

my naighbour has a large erection in the back garden.

 

my bush is over grown and my back passage is covered in fungus. can you send someone to sort it?

 

my naighbours kids keep baning their balls off my fence!

 

these are serious complaints!
