Fife Bird

Sir, I hope you don't mind me e:mailing you, it was the only address I could get for fife. I found the carcass of a young bird in my front garden today, it had been caught with a cat or something. It had a green ring on the left foot and a yellow one on the right with the numbers SU11F 5245 I suppose someone will be waiting for it to return.
