Went for years and never really check my Mobile Phone Calls to see what has been charged but a couple of months ago I was over my limit by approx £38 so looked at my phone bill which is always detailed with everything you need to see and found someone has been accessing my phone and running up a bill. Phoned them and said I never made these particular premium call numbers and had to kick up MARY HELL before they said OK we will do you a favour as a ONE OFF and not charge you for them. HUH BIG DEAL. I then checked my invoice yesterdy again as it was £34 for month and is nomally about £26 or within £2 max either way. Phoned again and said same and AGAIN they are saying OK as a favour we will not charge you for them. So once my contract is up in a couple of months it's a case of GOODBYE. But after 13 years with them they can get stuffed and be the losers. Just wondered if you folks have ever experienced this or do you really check your itemised calls. By the way they only changed there tune when I threatened a quick visit to my loocal POLIS STATION. THE NAME OF MY SERVER STARTS WITH A T-
