Help finding my watched threads

I have three threads that I'm watchin but can't seem to find them. I know it will be simple and make me look daft but that's nothin new. Heehaw! heehaw! heehaw! Anybody there, please. Thanks in advance.

Go into member centre, then on the left-hand side is a column of options, go to the bottom where is says modify your notifications and it should come up with a list of thread that you are watching
