Guest Davy Fleming Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 Yes, I joined to see what was going on and within 2 days I was told I was banned for life without any warning what so ever. They e-mailed me and told I am now banned for life. NO WARNINGS, NOWT. I simply asked a few difficult questions and they were onto me and ditched PRONTO
Guest bluemorning Posted February 22, 2011 Report Posted February 22, 2011 i think the rspb are like a lot of boddys these days.a lot of people that work for them dont know what they are doing, bit like the banks people with no bank experience run them.the house sparrow starling and many other birds have more than halved over twenty years.its these that need all the help they can get.one thing that will never happen is that predators will outnumber prey.when theres no prey then predators starve.our native birds are under attack from mink crows magpies jackdaws our pet cats squirrels.plus nest sites are becoming rare for starlings, sparrows etc lets see free nest boxes for these birds for anyone willing to put a couple up on their home what about heavly disscounted food for wild birds from the rspb instead of having to buy from rip off shops.im not a member of the rspb. theres a lot of high paid jobs that milk the rspb.i would give my support to help birds no problem.but it has to be all birds not just high profile ones.it will be a sad day when first thing in a morning there are no blackbids singing.the predators can look after themselves the prey are not doing to well.BIRD LOVERS ARE YOU PROVE IT. this is directed at the rspb, not members of pb
gulkie Posted February 22, 2011 Report Posted February 22, 2011 i love all wild life with no exception but willnot have bird boxes or feed tables in my garden as this is a meal table for hawks.
