hi guys,i m new in this forum and new to racing pigeons i been keeping pigeons for last 15 years but tippler pigeons, i just start with racing pigeons last couple of months and i dont no nothing abt racing pigeons so help me in any way u can i got small pigeon lofts nesting boxes and some racing pigeons as well ,i just need some good hen birds for stock and pigeon baskets (free r cheap)i will request to you guys from (batley ,dewsbury and bradford area only)(becase its near my house so i can pick up anything you offer me,because its hard for me to pay carrige to far area , thanks

Hi and welcome to the site. Did you fly the tipplers and what is your best time? I bet you gave them up because of the Peregrins? Good luck with the racers. You have picked the best website for Knowledge on all things pigeons. Some very wise fanciers on here. Have fun.

hi,i had very good tipplers i did abt 12 hours wid them but now i cant even let em out cas of hawk and peregrine as soon they out with in a 5 minuts peregrins r there and they will take one each time and wen i see them taking away i suffer my heart beat goes fast and so on so i gave up and start racing pigeons r much faster and hard for them to catch,thanks to u guys

If your taking up racing pigeons because you have been loseing your tiplers then think again or take up fishing!

You will lose more racing pigeons to sparrow hawks, peregrines, gosshawks, training and racing than you will ever lose tiplers!

I think we can encourage the would be flier better than that last post

I don't disagree that we do get attacks but the success rate of bop's is

every 1in5 I'm sure its more with tipplers. U go ahead m8, U can also take

up fishing, I do both. good luck.

aup love pigeons ive got a hen im sure i could sort you out no probs but i live in derby if you put a post up some body might be passing this way B)

Catalonian tumblers would be my choice if getting hit by bops ;)

this year i m gona sort out stock birds and do breeding and gona traning my young birds but from next year will do race it will take time and patient
