Guest IB Posted February 5, 2011 Report Posted February 5, 2011 Top right, right of your sign-on name there is a downwards pointing arrow, click on that you get a menu, click on messenger, opens your in box. Tick box to right of each pm conversation you want to delete, make sure box at bottom says 'delete' then click on 'go' to the right of it - deletes all ticked conversations. Sounds harder than it is to do.
