New Loft

ok lads im looking to build a new loft in the summer.the size will be 24ft x 9ft with a pent roof slopeing from back to front with a 3ft corridor 3 compatments. To keep the cost down im thinking of useing SMARTPLY for the exterior sides and back i was just wondering if any of you had used this board befor ? I do believe that smartply is osb3 an exterior wood but not sure.I would to hear your thoughts.

not heard of it or used it , but if i was to build my own again id go for shutter board and cover in upvc cladding no painting then

not a bad idea that i might just make a few calls and see what i can get that pvc cladding for
